SF to mount legal challenge to Government refusal to hold by-election

Sinn Féin is today mounting a legal challenge to the Government's refusal to hold the Donegal South-West by-election.

The seat has been vacant since Pat 'The Cope' Gallagher was elected an MEP last year.
