Report highlights red tape concerns of nursing home staff

A new survey has found that 85% of private and voluntary nursing home operators are concerned at limited time spent with patients due to form filling and other duties.

Two thirds of these nursing homes say they are concerned at the inconsistent interpretation and application of the National Quality Standards and Regulations.
