A quarter of parents say they slap their children, according to a new report by the Office of the Minister for Children.

Ther report looks at raising kids from both their perspective and their parents' point of view.

Dr Ann Marie Halpenny said that while most parents say they use non-aggressive parenting, 25% said they did use physical punishment.
