ICTU votes to accept Croke Park deal
The Irish Congress of Trade Unions has voted to accept the Croke Park agreement.
Members of ICTU's Public Services Committee formally ratified the pay and reform deal at a meeting in Dublin this evening by a majority of 2 to 1.
The deal - which was brokered by unions and the Government in March - provides for no further pay cuts or compulsory redundancies for four years, in return for work practice reforms.
