Drumm: HSE legally barred from handing over files

Health Service Executive (HSE) boss Professor Brendan Drumm has said his staff are legally prohibited from handing over to an independent review group the files of children who died in state care.

Professor Drumm and his staff are back before the Dáil Public Accounts Committee to answer questions over the 124 children who died while in contact with childcare services.
