FÁS development officer settles claim for 'bullying' damages

A development officer with the state training and employment authority FÁS who claimed that she was bullied at work has settled her High Court action for damages.

Joan Collins (aged 48), of Drominmcturlough, Newcastlewest, Co Limerick brought High Court proceedings seeking damages against her employer for the injuries and mental distress she claimed she suffered due to FÁS' alleged negligence and breach of contract.
