Probe launched into fatal farm accident

The Health and Safety Authority has launched an investigation into the death of a man on his farm in Co. Clare.

The 65-year-old's body was found on the farm in Tullabrack at around 1am this morning.

It is understood he was crushed by a tractor.

A post mortem examination will be carried out today but gardaí say they are not treating his death as suspicious.
