Man caught with drugs in court

A “recreational drug user” caught with heroin at Tallaght District Court is to be sentenced at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court next month.

David Evans (aged 23) of Sundale Villas, Tallaght pleaded guilty to possession of 6.407 grams of heroin with a value of €1,281 for sale or supply at the court on December 1, 2008.
