Man arrested in connection with crime boss killing
A 22-year-old man has been arrested as part of the investigation into the murder of gangland boss Eamon Dunne in Dublin.
The 34-year-old was gunned down as he sat with friends in the Faussagh House Pub in Cabra on April 23.
His murder was one of the most high profile gangland killings in recent years.
As part of the ongoing garda investigation into the murder, officers arrested a 22-year-old man just before 8am this morning at a house in Cabra.
He is being questioned at Mountjoy Garda Station under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act and can be held for up to 72 hours.
The arrest is the third in connection with the killing. Last week two men were arrested as part of the investigation, one of whom was taken from prison for questioning.
