Begg: Croke Park debate now more balanced

The General Secretary of the Irish Congress of Trade Unions had said there is now a more balanced debate taking place on the Croke Park deal.

It follows IMPACT's decision to recommend its members vote in favour of the agreement on public sector pay and reform.
