Man held in connection with gangland shooting

A man was arrested today in connection with a suspected gangland killing last summer.

Anthony Cannon was gunned down in Ballyfermot, west Dublin last July in an attack linked to a gang feud in the south inner city.

Gardaí said the arrested man was being questioned in Ballyfermot garda station under section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act.
