Man dead as truck overturns on M1/M50 interchange

A man has died after the truck he was driving overturned on the M1/M50 interchange in Dublin this morning.

It happened as the vehicle was leaving the interchange, heading for the city and approaching the Port Tunnel.

Emergency services are at the scene.

Gardaí have closed off the road to traffic and are warning motorists to avoid the junction three sliproad off the M50 for the next few hours.
