Three quizzed after drive-by shooting in Limerick

Three men are being questioned by gardaí following a drive-by shooting in Limerick city.

A man in his 20s escaped injury when he was shot at as he walked at Cathedral Place shortly after 11pm last night.

Gardaí say a car fitted with a false taxi plate was used by the culprits. The car was found burned out a short time later.
