Man due in court after gardaí seize €1m worth of cannabis

A man is due in court in Dublin this morning in connection with the seizure of over a million euro worth of cannabis.

Gardaí seized the drugs when they stopped a van on the Swords Road at Whitehall on Friday evening at around 6pm.

The driver of the van, a man in his 20's was arrested at the scene, and brought to Whitehall Garda Station for questioning.

He is due in court this morning.
