Quinn the big loser in Sunday Times Rich List

The Sunday Times Rich List out today shows the overall worth of Ireland's 250 richest people only fell by €1bn this year.

That compares to a fall of €13bn in last year's survey.

Topping the list is Hilary Weston, whose €5bn family fortune is built on food and supermarket interests, including the Brown Thomas chain.

But the big loser is businessman Sean Quinn who has been dropped completely after topping the list two years ago.
