Taoiseach refuses to call on Boucher to surrender top-up

Taoiseach Brian Cowen has today refused to call on the Bank of Ireland chief to consider handing back his pension top up.

Cowen admitted the controversy surrounding the €1.5m payment for Richie Boucher is not helpful.
