Gilmore eyes constitutional reform

Labour leader Eamon Gilmore wants to rework the constitution to make it fit for a more modern Ireland if his party leads the next Government.

Gilmore told delegates at his party's conference in Galway last night that it should be completed in time for the 2016 anniversary of the Easter rising.
