Irish flights grounded until tomorrow at least

Flights into and out of the country have been grounded until at least 6am tomorrow morning.

The Irish Aviation Authority's extended its closure of Irish airspace as prevailing winds are expected to drag plumes of ash from a volcano in Iceland across this country during the course of this afternoon and evening.
