Financial Regulator's assessment of banking collapse due later

The Financial Regulator will give his assessment of what led to the collapse in banking here when he appears before an Oireachtas Committee later.

Matthew Elderfield is to have his first meeting with the committee on Economic Regulatory Affairs this afternoon.
