State applies to High Court to endorse Bailey extradition warrant

The State has applied to the High Court to endorse an extradition warrant for Ian Bailey.

The European Arrest Warrant was issued by the French authorities as part of an investigation into the 1996 murder of Sophie Toscan du Plantier in West Cork.
