The High Court's decision to adjourn the hearing on the future of Quinn Insurance for a week is being widely welcomed.

The High Court's decision to adjourn the hearing on the future of Quinn Insurance for a week is being widely welcomed.

The case was ajourned after the Financial Regulator said it had received lengthy legal documents from the Quinn group which "merit careful consideration".
