French authorities issue arrest warrant for Ian Bailey

French authorities have issued an arrest warrant for Ian Bailey in connection with the murder investigation of Sophie Toscan du Plantier.

The body of the film producer was found near her holiday home in Schull in Cork, in December 1996 - she had been attacked and beaten.
