Regulator set to press ahead with appointment of administrator to Quinn

Efforts by the Quinn Group to regain control of its insurance division are set to continue in the coming days ahead of next Monday's High Court appearance.

Its Reported this morning the regulator has responded coolly to a proposal from Anglo Irish Bank to take control of the Quinn Insurance business and restructure it.
