Six Beaumont patients face €1,300 weekly charge for nursing care

Six patients at Beaumont Hospital are facing weekly charges of more than €1,300 for their continuing care.

The patients were warned several weeks ago of the imminent fee if they did not fill out a form allowing them to be financially assessed for nursing care.
