Gormley vows to publish Docklands Authority report
The Environment Minister John Gormley is promising it is his intention to publish reports investigating the Dublin Docklands Development Authority.
It follows the emergence of a leaked version of the report which claims there is a risk of legal action against the authority over past planning practices.
A spokesperson for Minister Gormley said he wants to bring out into the open all historic issues, but the reports must be cleared by the Attorney General to ensure the taxpayer is protected.
