Tallaght shooting: Three released after questioning

Three men arrested yesterday in connection with a shooting in Dublin have been released without charge.

Robert Delaney was shot in the head at his apartment in Tallaght in the early hours of October 22, 2008.

He suffered severe brain damage and is still in hospital.

Gardaí say files will be prepared for the DPP.
