Three arrested in connection with Delaney shooting
Three men have been arrested in connection with the shooting of a man in Dublin two years ago.
Robert Delaney was shot in the head after leaning out his kitchen window following a knock at the door of his apartment in Tallaght in the early hours of October 22, 2008.
He suffered severe brain damage and doctors say he will never fully recover from his injuries.
The three men, who are aged 20, 24 and 31, were arrested in a series of early morning raids in Tallaght today.
