HSE investigating Roscommon hospital death

The Health Service Executive has confirmed it is investigating the death of a woman at Roscommon County Hospital.

It is understood the woman, who was disabled and aged in her 50s, died a number of days after an accident in which she fell from her wheelchair and down a flight of stairs at the hospital.
