Speculation rife on Gormley's future in Cabinet

The Green Party is tonight refusing to confirm or deny reports John Gormley could be heading to the backbenches in the Cabinet reshuffle.

It has been claimed that an internal agreement exists since the Government was formed in 2007 allowing for the rotation at a reshuffle.
