The Taoiseach has fuelled speculation that he intends to create new Government ministeries as well as undertake a comprehensive reshuffle of his Cabinet.

The Taoiseach has today fuelled speculation that he intends to create new Government ministeries as well as undertake a comprehensive reshuffle of his Cabinet.

Brian Cowen said he is currently looking at the issue of how the Government is organised.
