Nurses' strike action to go ahead

Strike action at the Mater Private Hospital will go ahead next Monday.

It comes after talks between unions and hospital management broke down at the Labour Relations Commission this evening.

The Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation and Siptu are in dispute over the introduction of pay cuts of between 5 and 10%.
