North talks head into second night
Talks to save the North's power-sharing government remained unresolved tonight as Taoiseach Brian Cowen and British Prime Minister Gordon Brown headed into their second night of negotiations.
But discussions on the devolution of policing and justice powers from London to Belfast had been “positive and constructive”, Foreign Affairs Minister Micheál Martin said.
