Omagh trial continues with legal argument

The trial of Colm Murphy who is accused of conspiracy in connection with the 1998 Omagh bombing is continuing at the Special Criminal Court in Dublin.

The court is hearing evidence in a “trial within a trial” to decided on the admissibility of certain evidence including statements allegedly made by Murphy while in garda custody in 1999.
