Man in serious condition after Cork stabbing

Gardaí are questioning two men following a stabbing in Cork City overnight.

A man in his 20's is in a serious condition at Cork University Hospital after receiving a number of stab wounds.

The attack happened at around 1am this morning on Pope's Quay.

The two men, who are in their late teens, are being held at Gurranabraher garda station.
