Cavan gardaí question three in dissident-republicans probe

Gardaí in Cavan are continuing to question three men arrested as part of an investigation into the activities of dissident republicans.

The three, aged 38, 39 and 44, were arrested following a massive garda operation in Belturbet yesterday.

They are being held for questioning at Ballyconnell and Cavan garda stations, under section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act.
