The weather continues to play havoc with road conditions in the east which are very difficult with most bus services there delayed.

The weather continues to play havoc with road conditions in the east which are very difficult with most bus services there delayed.

Some local services operating on secondary roads are disrupted.

The majority of services in the rest of the country are operating with delays in a few areas.

The following services in the east are cancelled at the moment:

Route 7 - 16.00 Clonmel/Dublin, 20.30 Dublin/Clonmel

102 Ardcath-Dublin – this service is also cancelled for Saturday, January 9.

118 Kilican-Dublin

163 Drogheda/Donore

189 Drogheda/Grangebellew

190 Drogheda/Laytown

Route 2 Dublin Airport-Rosslare is operating with diversions.

There is a limited service on the 173 Drogheda Town Service (North and South) and Navan Town Service.

115 Dublin-Mullingar service is unable to serve Ballivor.

111 Dublin-Granard is operating as far as Castlepollard.

The 101 Dublin-Drogheda service is operating via the Port Tunnel due to heavy snow in north Dublin.

There is disruption and delays to some services in Cork county. The following services are cancelled at the moment:

230 Cork-Ballingeary

246 Cork-Sarsfield Court

247 Cork-Glenville

248 Cork-Norrie Roche’s Cross

There are diversions on the 233, 222, and 223 services. The Cork-Tralee Expressway service is currently unable to serve Rathmore and Millstreet.

There are also delays and disruption to a small number of services in West Clare.

Due to the cancellation of the 17.00 Dublin-West Clare service this evening there will be not be any connections from Ennis tonight at 21.25 for West Clare.
