Gardaí issue warning over road conditions

Gardaí today warned of hazardous conditions across the country due to the ongoing freeze and said the cold snap was set to persist into next week.

Motorists were tonight warned to take extreme care with parts of Dublin, the M7 at Portlaoise and the N3 outside Navan and Kells in Co Meath worst hit.
