Five people are expected in court in Kenya today charged in connection with the murder of an Irish priest.

Fr Jeremiah Roche, aged 68, from Co. Limerick was stabbed to death during an apparant robbery at his home near Kericho town earlier this month.

His body was found by parishioners after he failed to appear for an early morning mass.

The head of the North West regional police in Kenya said five suspects arrested over the killing are likely to be arraigned in court today.
