Gardaí investigating disappearance find shallow grave
Gardaí investigating the disappearance of Stephen O'Meara have discovered what appears to be a body in a shallow grave in Wicklow.
The discovery was made in a wooded area in Ballydonnell near Red Cross in Wicklow at 2.30pm this afternoon.
Father-of-three Stephen O’Meara, from Rosehill, has not been seen since he left his home on August 6th last.
The scene has been preserved and the State Pathologist's office has been notified.
A man in his 20's who was arrested on Monday remains in custody in Wicklow garda station
