McCreevy: It was 'good' Ireland rejected first Lisbon Treaty
Ireland's outgoing EU Commissioner Charlie McCreevy has suggested it was "a good thing that Ireland rejected Lisbon Treaty on the first occasion".
Mr McCreevy has also accused the French president Nicolas Sarkozy of putting the interests of his country above that Europe's.
