Ryan Report triggers new childcare guidelines

New guidelines today have been launched for people working with children in care that address criticisms in the Ryan Report.

The report revealed how thousands of children were abused while in church-run institutions.

The Office of the Children's Minister has now released a range of best practice guidelines for those working in the area.
