Jury to resume deliberations tomorrow in Dublin murder trial

A jury in the trial of a Dublin man charged with murder were sent to a hotel for the night after failing to reach a verdict, at the Central Criminal Court today.

Brian Rattigan (aged 28), Cooley Rd, Drimnagh, Dublin, has pleaded not guilty to the murder of Declan Gavin (aged 21) Mourne Rd, Driminagh, at Crumlin Rd, Crumlin on August 25, 2001.
