PSNI investigate armed robbery in Lisburn
Police in the North are appealing for witnesses to an armed robbery in Lisburn.
The incident happened in the Ballymullen Road area at around 9.30pm last night.
Two men forced a jeep to stop, smashed the windscreen and demanded money from the man and woman inside.
The men were carrying guns and were wearing camaflogue jackets with hoods.
They made off with a large sum of cash in a silver Vectra-style car.
The man and woman were not injured but were badly shaken by the ordeal.
