Lenihan: Ireland 'on the road to recovery'

The Finance Minister Brian Lenihan has said that Ireland is "on the road to economic recovery" in his Budget speech.

The Minister, starting his Budget speech, said his Budget will "send a signal to the rest of the world that we are able and willing to put our house in order".
