A man has been injured after shots were fired through a house window in the Northe police said today.

A man has been injured after shots were fired through a house window in the Northe police said today.

He was hit in the leg as unknown assailants opened fire on the property in the Ballymurphy area of west Belfast last night.

Police are still working to establish a motive for the attack in Norglen Parade.

The man, who was taken to hospital with injuries that are not life threatening, was inside the house with another man when the incident happened.
