Govt 'failing gay men and lesbians': Rights groups

Gay and lesbian rights groups say the Government is failing to meet its commitments under the Good Friday Agreement when it comes to civil partnership.

A Civil Partnership train will travel from Belfast to Dublin today to highlight the fact that gay and lesbian couples have fewer rights in the Republic than in the North.
