IFA arranges fodder drops for flood-hit farms

The IFA is working this morning to get fodder supplies to farmers in the worst flood-hit areas of counties Galway and Offaly.

Gort, Ballinasloe as well as Banagher are priorities for fodder deliveries.

The IFA says enough livestock feed has been secured for the moment, but has warned that the problem may worsen during the winter.
