Two-year-old Joy lives with her parents in Carlow.

She has a hole in her heart and is on a waiting list at Our Lady's Hospital for sick children in Crumlin in Dublin.

Her parents have now launched a campaign and have a website - www.savejoy.org.

Joy's mother Gemma Lawlor said that as her condition worsens they may be forced to take her abroad.
