ICTU says strike plans will stay in place

The General Secretary of the Irish Congress of Trade Unions has said next Tuesday's public sector strike is still going ahead.

David Begg said there has been little progress in talks between trade union leaders and the Government on the proposed cuts in next month's Budget.
