More delays for eastern commuters
Commuters along the east coast have been hit by more rail delays today.
A section of the Dublin to Rosslare line is to be closed for up to two weeks after two landslides along the route.
Meanwhile, Iarnród Éireann's promised that delays will ease along the newly re-opened route over the Malahide viaduct in Dublin, following problems there yesterday.
Both Iarnród Éireann and Translink in the North are planning special ticket deals to entice customers back onto their services, following almost three months of travel disruption due to damage at the viaduct.
